Terms for using the FixOverexposed AI photo repair service
2026/09/05
These Terms apply to your use of fixoverexposed.com and its AI photo repair service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FixOverexposed lets you choose a JPG, PNG, or WebP image and request a FixOverexposed AI correction. The AI workflow accepts files up to 50 MB and 40 megapixels, uses credits, and returns a private downloadable result after server-side processing.
The Service is an editing aid. It does not guarantee that a photo will look better, that clipped highlights can be restored, or that the output is suitable for a legal, medical, commercial, archival, or other specialised purpose. Review the before-and-after result and keep your original file.
You keep ownership of images you choose. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use them, and for checking the downloaded result before sharing or publishing it. Do not use the Service to process content that violates law or another person's rights.
FixOverexposed AI necessarily receives the selected image, stores it temporarily, and sends it to the configured provider under the product's privacy and retention rules. You remain responsible for the rights to the image and for reviewing AI output before relying on it, especially where faces, products, text, or documentary accuracy matter.
We provide the Service on an “as available” basis and may change, suspend, or remove features as the product develops. We may block abusive traffic or use that threatens the Service or other visitors.
The FixOverexposed name, interface, code, and original site content belong to FixOverexposed or their respective licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of them to you.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, FixOverexposed is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these Terms when the Service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to support@fixoverexposed.com.
